General Rental Policy
The Event Place is committed to safety. A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your date.
Prohibited Items
- Alcoholic beverages (strictly not permitted)
- Open flames, candles, and sparklers
- Confetti and glitter
Additional Rules
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on premises
- Pets are not allowed (except service animals)
- Clients are liable for any damages caused to the venue
Payment Policy
Deposit Requirement
25% of total cost due upon signing the contract.
Payment Schedule
Small Events (<50 guests)
Balance due 1 week prior to event
Medium Events (50-100 guests)
Balance due 2 weeks prior to event
Large Events (>100 guests)
Balance due 3 weeks prior to event
Late fees of 2% apply to outstanding balances.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds depend on the notice given before your scheduled event date.
